In House Dental Assistance Plan
Savings the whole family can use to make great dental care affordable. We currently offer 3 different options to suit our patients individual needs. This plan is intended for uninsured patients and cannot be combined with other discount plans or dental plans. Treatment discount will be reduced by 10% when using a 3rd party financing company, such as Care Credit.
Adult Plan
- 2 cleanings
- 2 periodic exams,
- 1 emergency exam,
- 1 series of x-rays/year,
- 20% off major dental services,
- 15% off basic dental services.
The plan is $400, a $533 savings off the regular fee.
Child Plan
- 2 cleanings
- 2 periodic exams
- 2 floured treatments
- 1 series of x-rays/year
- 20% off major dental services
- 15% off basic dental services.
The plan is $250, a $227 savings off of the regular fee.
Periodontal Plan
- 4 periodontal cleanings
- 2 periodic exams
- Periodontal charting
- 1 emergency exam
- 1 series of x-rays
- 20% off major dental services
- 15% off basic dental services
The plan is $550, a $537 savings off of the regular fee.
